At Varaniya Fragrances, we take immense pride in the artisanal quality of our perfumes and alcohol-free attars. Every flacon is hand-inspected at our atelier in Mathura to ensure it meets our rigorous standards of luxury. Due to the personal and delicate nature of fine fragrances, our return and refund policies are designed to protect the hygiene and integrity of our olfactory collection.
Hygiene & Returns
In accordance with global luxury standards, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products. Once the outer protective seal of a fragrance or attar has been compromised, it can no longer be returned. This policy ensures that every Varaniya customer receives a product that is pure, untampered, and of pristine quality.
Change of Mind: We understand that scent is subjective. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges based on personal scent preference or "change of mind." To ensure your satisfaction, we highly recommend purchasing our Discovery Sets before committing to a full-sized flacon.

Transit & Damage Claims
In the rare event that your order arrives in a damaged or compromised state (e.g., leaking bottles or broken glass), please contact our concierge at varaniyafragrances@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the damage.
The Refund Process
If a return is approved by our team (only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage), the following steps will occur:
- The item must be returned in its **original luxury packaging**.
- Upon receipt and inspection at our Mathura atelier, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within **7-10 business days**.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been dispatched from our atelier. Once a shipping label has been generated and the product has left our care, we cannot halt the transit or offer a cancellation refund.
